Waited a long time to arrive but appreciate family business and on holiday. No tracking sent at any point
The sign its self is smaller than expected and quiet flimsy but bought as novelty not expecting it to last long
We absolutely agree, when we went on holiday we made a decision to keep the orders coming in to continue to trade but should have paused all orders on our return but didnt, meaning that we got ourselves in a little bit of a pickle, we are so sorry and definitely learnt a lot from this experience to try and make a much slicker experience for our customers.
