All our products are made to order (yes, a real human lasers these for you). Please allow 5–10 business days for production before your order ships. We're fast, but we're also perfectionists — worth the wait, promise.

Customs & Duties: Orders to EU countries may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total. We recommend checking with your local customs office if you're unsure.
🌍 International Delivery
Flat rate of £9.99 per order. Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days after dispatch (longer for some remote locations).
Total estimated time from order to door: 12–24 business days.
Customs & Duties: International orders may incur import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These are set by your country's customs authority and are entirely outside our control — and our budget. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
📍 Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this to stalk your parcel's journey to your door. We don't judge.
